Item quality seems fine (can't speak to germination), but my order arrived over a week late. I ordered 12/20, so I understand that things get delayed with the holidays, but customer service regarding such was lacking too. My initial message inquiring about the whereabouts of my item only received an auto-response saying that they were busy and away from the computer. I submitted a second message through Etsy a few days later which was replied to, but only to tell me that my package was in route and I could return it if I wanted. Also the "sale" that is "one day only," is literally always going on. I've checked most days for over 2 weeks now and everything is listed as 50% off, ending at midnight, then repeats the next day. It's a marketing tactic that induces a sense of urgency in the buyer, making us more likely to blind buy.
