I haven't needed customer service but these came up beautifully. I always wait until I see actual results from seeds before I post reviews. I truly wish everyone did because some kind of seeds arriving on time doesn't actually tell people anything. I have had a seller send me some cheap seeds claiming them to be a hard to find flower. Now that I scour reviews for actual growing results, I find a lot of highly rated sellers who have a few negative reviews saying that they weren't the advertised plant. These are always buried under tons of 5 star reviews stating that a pretty packet arrived on time. So scammers are able to just keep selling and have high reviews. All that said, SouthernSeedCo is legit and I will keep buying from them.
